🎃 STEM Lab PTO Trunk-or-Treat 👻

Get ready for one of our favorite fall traditions! Trunk-or-Treat is Friday, October 23 at STEM Lab, and we need lots of helping hands to make it a spooktacular night!

🚗 Trunks open at 6:00 PM
🎨 Trunk and booth setup begins at 4:00 PM

There are several ways to participate:

  • Decorate and host a side-opening vehicle
  • Create and host a table or booth
  • Build a Monster Box to collect candy donations
  • Volunteer during the event or help behind the scenes

Because of our parking-lot setup, all participating vehicles must open from the side. If your vehicle does not have a side-opening setup—or you would simply prefer another option—you are welcome to host a table or booth instead!

This opportunity is open to STEM Lab families, staff, sponsors, older students, and community volunteers. You do not have to be a current STEM Lab family to participate.

👹 Monster Boxes should be delivered by October 5. The final deadline is October 9.

Monster Boxes

Help us “Feed the Monsters!” Create a fun, decorated Monster Box that will be placed around the school to collect candy donations for Trunk-or-Treat. Boxes should be sturdy, creative, and ready to collect lots of treats! BOXES DUE ON OCTOBER 5TH! (9TH AT THE LATEST)

Decorated Trunks

Transform the rear of your vehicle into a fun Trunk-or-Treat stop! This section is for traditional trunks, SUVs, and hatchbacks with displays that open from the back. Vehicles will be assigned spaces based on how their displays open, so please choose the correct signup category. Setup begins at 4:00 PM, and trunks open at 6:00 PM.

Choose this option if your decorated display will be set up at the rear of your car, SUV, truck, or hatchback - And let us know the theme of your decoration in the notes

Side-Opening Vehicles

Have a van, sliding-door vehicle, or another display that opens from the side? Sign up here so we can place your vehicle in a designated space where your display can safely face the event area. Setup begins at 4:00 PM, and trunks open at 6:00 PM.

No trunk required! Host a decorated table, tent, booth, bike, or other themed display. This option is open to STEM Lab families, sponsors, and community partners who would like to join the fun without using a vehicle. Setup begins at 4:00 PM, and Trick-or-Treating begins at 6:00 PM.

Candy Runners

Help keep the treats flowing! Candy Runners will restock participating trunks and booths with donated candy throughout the event. Volunteers should be comfortable walking around the event area and carrying boxes or bags of candy.

Trunk-or-Treat Voting Table
