Cultural Community Meeting
STEM LAB LIBRARY
Hello STEM Lab Families,
We invite you to join us for an after-school community meeting focused on making our school an even more inclusive, welcoming, and supportive place for all students, families, and staff.
During this meeting, we will share information about our Cultural Representation Initiative, an effort to ensure that our school environment and practices reflect and honor the diverse identities, experiences, and backgrounds within our community. Most importantly, we want to hear from you.
Your perspectives, experiences, and ideas will help guide how we strengthen our school culture so that everyone feels valued, respected, and a true sense of belonging. We are especially interested in learning what feels supportive, inclusive, and reflective of your community values, as well as where you see opportunities for growth. This gathering will be a space for open conversation, listening, and shared problem-solving.
No preparation is needed—just bring your voice and your willingness to share. Whether you want to highlight what’s working well or offer ideas for improvement, your input is meaningful and valued.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We hope you’ll join us for this important conversation as we work together to build a school community where everyone feels seen, included, respected, and welcome.
Childcare will be provided by Adams 12 High School NHS students.
