A Message From the Board

Please read all the way through—there’s a lot of important information to share! But first, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for each and every one of you. Whether you contribute your time (volunteering), your talents (crafting, DIY projects, sharing your expertise), or your treasures (monetary donations), every effort plays an essential role in keeping our community running smoothly throughout the year. Staff Lounge Makeover

We’d love to give our amazing STEM Lab staff a special holiday gift—a refreshed, cozy lounge where they can relax and recharge. If you’d like to help, we’re accepting donations of any amount to support the makeover. Every contribution goes directly toward creating a warm, welcoming space for the people who pour so much into our kids each day.

Staff's Favorite Things

Prefer to do something a bit more personal for a special staff member? We’ve got you covered! Click the image to view our staff’s “Favorite Things” lists—plus their “No Thank You” items (because some of our seasoned staff already have cupboards full of every teacher mug imaginable!)

Please note that overwhelmingly teachers and staff members report that their MOST favorite things to receive are handwritten notes/cards.

Holiday Gift Wrapping Event

Our December Staff Appreciation event is one of our favorites! On December 17th, PTO is hosting a gift wrapping station for our incredible staff to help lighten their holiday load. We need volunteers and donations to bring it all together and would be so grateful for your support! Click image for more information and to volunteer!

FREE Family Event!

Tuesday December 9th, now at 6:00pm in the STEM Lab Gymnasium. (note the time has changed!) This is always a big hit! Kick off the holiday season with STEM families and build your own gingerbread houses—old-school style! We’ll provide the graham crackers, frosting, and candies to help you create your very own gingerbread masterpiece. Please click the photo to RSVP if you haven't done so yet. Note: this event will take the place of our regular monthly meeting.

Volunteers Needed!

To make this event a huge success, we need your help!
We’re looking for a few volunteers to assist with simple set-up and clean-up— that’s it! You’ll still be able to enjoy the event with your family. If you can spare just 30 minutes to an hour, we would be so grateful!

December Dine-Out

Join us for a tasty Dine Out Night at G-Que BBQ (Thornton Location, by the the school) on Tuesday, December 16th! 🍖🐷 Bring your family, enjoy some award-winning barbecue, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated back to STEM Lab PTO to support our students and staff. Just show them [THIS FLYER] or mention STEM Lab PTO when you order, and dinner instantly becomes a fundraiser! 🙌
