The nominations for next year’s open board positions are in, and voting is now open—from April 16th through April 23rd!
Every STEM Lab community member is allowed one vote. No matter the outcome, I’m confident we’ll have an incredible team to help lead us through the next few years at STEM Lab. Happy Voting!

Parent's Night Out @ Frolic

THIS FRIDAY! April 18th: Join us for the final Parent's Night Out of the school year at Frolic Brewing for a fun evening of connecting with other STEM parents. We’ll provide some appetizers; your drinks are on you. [RSVP HERE] Hope to see you there! 

We’re also excited to partner with Kids Night Out at the Paul Derda Rec Center. STEM families can drop off their kids (ages 7 to 12 only!) for free entry at Paul Derda—just be sure to sign them up in advance (see details below)

Skate City Spirit Night

Tuesday April 22nd 6pm-8pm: STEM Lab Fam! JOIN US for a private party at Skate City (in Thornton) Spirit Night! This month we will incorporate a fun BEACH THEME into the event with some fun games and contests!  The school will earn back $3 back for each skater in the door for 50-124 total skaters, $3.50/skater for 125-199 total skaters, and $4/skater for 200+ total skaters in attendance! [CLICK HERE] to see the flyer and get more information. This year, we’ll be celebrating from Monday, May 5th through Friday, May 9th. Our SAW team is hard at work planning a week full of gratitude to make sure our incredible STEM Lab staff feels appreciated and supported.

A Child's Song: Nurturing an appreciation for music while providing programs and education to share the developmental, healing, and social-emotional benefits of music for children and adults. A Child Song has been supporting the STEM Lab community since it's inaugural year by collaborating with our music teachers by providing weekly piano lessons for our students. They also have both alumni and current students at STEM Lab. Check them out!
